Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing efforts by Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Monitors and analyzes sales and marketing activity against goals for all the properties.
The Vice President of Sales needs to be well versed with their products, markets, distribution, prices, and any other potentially relevant details that a customer may need to know. Just as much as the Vice President of Sales needs to close their sales, they also need to be good leaders and supervisors, regularly checking performance and communicating any problems with salespeople.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Directs and coordinates company sales and marketing efforts.
Develops and coordinates sales selling cycle and procedures.
Directs and oversees the company’s marketing efforts to identify and develop new customers.
Research and develops strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
Directly manage major developing clients’ accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Develops of new project proposals.
Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Supervises the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
Represents the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
Promotes positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Recommends and administers policies and procedures to enhance operations.
Works with DHM Leadership to develop future business plans for the company.
Establishes and implements short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
Other duties as assigned.
